Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Paula James Jewelry Design purchase.

Returns: Eligible unworn and unused jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions.

Custom & Special Orders: Custom-designed, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, made-to-order, and special-order jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings that have been worn or tried on are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs so we can assist you.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
